The Grenada Airports Authority (GAA) is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Lounge Assistant at the Maurice Bishop International Airport (MBIA). This role is crucial to delivering a first-class customer experience while ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the Executive Lounge. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist Executive Lounge guests professionally and courteously. Facilitate access to lounge services, including seating, serving, and handling payments. Present menus, take orders, and suggest upgrades to enhance customer experience. Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately. Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and aesthetics of the Lounge to established standards. Address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact. Generate daily and monthly reports on Lounge performance and sales. Ensure compliance with all security and safety procedures. Five (5) CXC/CSEC passes (Grade 3 or above), including English Language. Certificate in Customer Service. Training in protocol, etiquette, and food preparation. Two (2) years’ work-related experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Attention to detail and professionalism in high-profile settings. Ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully and diplomatically. Team player with a positive attitude. Knowledge of a foreign language or sign language is an asset. Must possess a clean character certificate. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance.
