Job Description At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, we are seeking a professional, guest-focused Executive Lounge Host to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge while creating a personalised, memorable guest experience. What you’ll be doing: Deliver friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guests Provide personalised service to VIP and regular guests Prepare and maintain the Executive Lounge for daily service Liaise with guests and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all service areas Assist with stock control and daily reconciliation procedures Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and hotel policies Qualifications What we’re looking for: Minimum one year of experience in a similar Executive Lounge or five-star hotel restaurant environment A passion for guest service and attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills A current RSA certification Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Demonstrate pride in presentation Have full working rights in Australia Additional Information Why Join Us?
