Represent the Food & Beverage outlet in operational meetings when required. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed and all documentation is accurately recorded. Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the outlet to Novotel standards. Monitor and replenish stock levels, placing orders as needed to support smooth service. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues to maintain an efficient service flow. Maintain a strong guest‑focused approach and ensure the team delivers warm, attentive service throughout the shift. Handle guest issues or complaints appropriately and update the Manager on actions taken. Identify opportunities to upsell menu items and support daily revenue generation. Stay aware of daily business levels and upcoming events impacting the outlet. Take responsibility for all payments and financial transactions during the shift. Qualifications Proven experience in a Supervisory role, ideally within a luxury or high‑volume environment.
