Key Responsibilities: * Ensure planned maintenance in building/utility machinery and identify countermeasures to guarantee uninterrupted services for the organization with a safe working environment.  * Regularly monitor all related parameters of critical engineering functions (A/C, boilers, compressors, generators, water treatment, etc.), identify deviations, take countermeasures & communicate to relevant parties to ensure uninterrupted services for the plant.  * Identify and prepare preventive maintenance schedules for relevant machines/equipment whilst managing workshop resources (maintenance team, machinery, tools & spare parts) to ensure uninterrupted services. * Conduct analysis of the current situation and identify requirements, negotiate with internal and external suppliers to obtain quotations/approvals thereby meeting plant standards and requirements on time. * Obtain and maintain relevant licenses, certifications (pressure vessel, electrical, structural, etc.) and approvals (BOI, labour department, etc.) to fulfill customer and legal requirements. * Identifying deviations (Repairing, painting, etc.) and develop countermeasures within minimum cost and Fulfilling additional internal customer requirements and needs (lighting, partitions, blinds, etc.) * Maintain structured data, initiate, implement and support special projects related to sustainability and Conduct inspection and calibration of special machines to maintain the standard working condition of machines. *   Knowledge and Skills: * Degree in Engineering/ Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering from a recognized university.  * 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. * Strong background in apparel production.  * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
The Executive - Maintenance is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted plant services by overseeing planned maintenance for building and utility machinery, monitoring critical engineering functions, and developing preventive maintenance schedules.
