Studio-5000 v.28 RS Logix-5000, RS-500, CCW-10 Schedule Maintenance Prepare & review JB schedule, Cable Schedule, air header schedule, Instrument Index, Instrument hook up drawings. Safety First Overall responsibility for safety of personnel, facilities and equipment. Trouble Shooting Trouble shooting of Servo Drives of B&R ACOPOS make. Trouble shooting of Tetrapak brick filling filler electrical and mechanical problems Trouble shooting of process areas equipment’s like Juice blending section, Milk Processing, Flavoured Milk, CIP Sections Breakdown Management Attending breakdown including PLC Drives, HMI, SCADA & Instrumentation Documentation Managing documentation related to PLC, SCADA & Instrumentation related to various compliances & audits. Provide technical support for PLC automation and SCADA systems while managing instrumentation breakdowns across production lines. Responsible for system architecture design, programming, and ensuring safety and GMP compliance on the shop floor.
