The Consumer, Customer and Corporate Services (C&CCS) Risk team provides Risk oversight, insight and control for the Consumer division and Customer and Corporate Services division across all Risk classes.
We support the business to execute its strategy within risk appetite, strengthen its control environment, and identify emerging and thematic concerns. Our team is a key contributor to achieving sustainable outcomes for our customers and sustainable success for our business.
Responsibilities:
FURTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Lead, coach & develop to grow a team of risk professionals ensuring the divisional and business risk management frameworks, metrics, priorities, and strategies are aligned to the Groups risk frameworks, strategy, and appetite
- Provide senior risk expertise to the business in the identification, assessment, actioning, and remediation of risk issues to drive a strong risk and controls culture
- Support the proactive and effective monitoring, management, and reporting of current and emerging risks
- Facilitate a strong risk culture, risk awareness, and ownership of risk throughout the business
- Support the development of the business’ risk profile and operation within risk appetite, including defining and operationalising relevant RAS metrics, as well as developing and implementing plans
- Work closely with key senior stakeholders to identify and enable efficient and effective risk practices in the business
- Provide subject matter expertise in the assessment, root cause analysis and remediation of incidents
- Provide risk expertise to support the business with regulatory requests and remediationProvide insights and reporting for risk committees and board risk committees
