YOUR LEADERSHIP LEGACY STARTS HERE

At Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation, we’re not just delivering healthcare — we’re strengthening communities through cultural connection, systemic reform, and holistic wellbeing.
We’re seeking a strategic and people-focused Executive Manager – Business Services to champion this mission. Based in Tennant Creek, this role is your opportunity to influence positive change on the ground, across the boardroom, and within the lives of those we serve.
You won’t just be filling a seat — you’ll be redefining how corporate services operate in a dynamic, culturally rich Aboriginal health setting.

Responsibilities

YOU LEAD WITH CLARITY, CULTURE AND PURPOSE

You’re more than experienced — you’re resilient, clear-headed and calm under pressure, with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen.

Your leadership style is:

  • Unbiased, professional, and principled, standing firm under pressure
  • Team-focused, with a drive to unify and collaborate across silos
  • Strategic yet grounded, with the ability to plan long-term while managing daily complexity
  • Culturally sensitive, especially toward Aboriginal employees and community structures
  • Adaptable and independent, suited to remote living with simplicity and perspective

You bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or similar
  • At least 4–5 years’ experience in senior corporate or business management
  • Proven skill in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting
  • The ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change
  • High emotional intelligence, honesty, and a genuine passion for social purpose

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. While this is not an identified role, First Nations leadership is highly desired.

LEAD CHANGE. LIVE PURPOSE

If you’re excited to lead strategic transformation, nurture leadership, and be part of a movement for Aboriginal community wellbeing — we’d love to hear from you.
