SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, we will be looking at the following experience and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ executive management experience in a customer-driven industry, preferably within the aged care or health services sector.
  • Proven track record of effective leadership in managing the operations of a complex organisation with a focus on finance discipline.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act, AN-ACC funding model, Aged Care Quality Standards, and all other relevant legislation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Highly developed conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to support clear and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in governance and providing support to a CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Understanding of business-related applications which support clinical, corporate, compliance and cybersecurity functions.
  • Available to travel to ARRCS facilities across the NT as required.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

To support the develop of our in-house corporate services division, ARRCS are recruiting for an Executive Manager – Corporate Services. This role is located in ARRCS Regional Office NT in Darwin, Northern Territory and is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
As the Executive Manager – Corporate Services, you will hold an integral part of the ARRCS Leadership Team and be responsible for the management of ARRCS Corporate Services functions including Finance, Procurement, IT, Facilities & Maintenance, Marketing and Emergency & Disaster Management. Working alongside the Executive Team, the role provides crucial strategic advice and operational direction which aligns with internal policies and external requirements.
This busy and rewarding role will suit a person who presents with a strong background in corporate management, you will be a strong leader who is able to adapt to multiple disciplines. You will enjoy leading by example and have either prior knowledge of or interest in working within the Aged Care industry.
