Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

You will play a pivotal role driving culture transformation across Westpac. In this strategic full-time position based in Sydney, you will design and deliver impactful culture initiatives, advise senior leaders, and work with HR colleagues to embed new habits and mindsets. If you are passionate about partnering with business leaders and have a proven track record in delivering culture transformation within complex environments, we invite you to make your mark with us.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering key culture and engagement initiatives across the organisation, including:

  • Advising and partnering with leaders to address culture and engagement challenges.
  • Designing and delivering initiatives that help teams build new habits and ways of working.
  • Working with HR COEs (e.g. Performance, Leadership, Talent Acquisition) to align systems and processes with culture goals.
  • Using data and feedback to drive action, measure impact and improve culture and engagement plans.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of culture initiatives
