As Executive Manager – Customer Decisioning, you’ll define, build, and run the platforms and services that turn data, analytics, and AI into real-time decisions across digital, assisted, and operational channels. You’ll lead a high-performing team, set the standards that keep our decisioning systems secure and governed by design, and partner closely with product, analytics, and data science to deliver customer-centric use cases—fast. Data, Digital & AI (DDAI) defines and delivers our data, digital, and AI strategy—partnering with leaders across the bank to unlock value through advanced analytics, responsible AI, and modern platforms, while maintaining strong risk and regulatory standards. Within DDAI, Westpac Intelligence brings together data, analytics, and AI to drive real-time insight and decisioning at scale. The Customer Decisioning team builds the core capabilities that embed intelligence into customer and banker experiences. Here is what you’ll be doing …  * Own the end-to-end design, build, and run of customer decisioning capabilities that enable intelligent engagement across channels. * Lead, coach, and grow a team delivering decisioning platforms, services, and integrations. * Partner with product, analytics, and data science SMEs to turn customer and business needs into scalable decisioning solutions. * Ensure our platforms are production-grade: resilient, observable, secure, and ready for change. * Work with risk, compliance, and architecture to embed governance and controls by design. * Continuously improve delivery speed, reliability, and reuse of decisioning components across teams.  Core Accountabilities …   * Capability ownership: Health, performance, and evolution of customer decisioning platforms and services. * People leadership: Build an inclusive, high-performing team with strong engineering craft and customer focus. * Delivery & outcomes: Ship reliable decisioning capabilities that drive measurable customer and business outcomes. * Risk & compliance: Governance, auditability, and regulatory alignment built into the way we design and operate. * Reuse & enablement: Patterns and components that can be reused across Westpac Intelligence and federated teams.
