[What the role is] We are looking for a resourceful and service-oriented individual to join the Memorial Services and Operations Division which oversees the operation and maintenance of Government cemeteries, crematoria and columbaria. You will be stationed at a Mandai Crematorium and will play a key role in providing after-death care service. [What you will be working on] You will be responsible for the following: Lead and manage the maintenance team of the crematorium to achieve optimal maintenance standard. Plan and implement preventive maintenance and overhaul programmes for the crematorium facilities and equipment Manage operations for special annual festivals such as Qing Ming. Review and monitor cremation processes to enhance productivity and service standards. Handle and manage feedback/appeals from members of public. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. [What we are looking for] Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in environmental public health, or other fields with operations or service management in a leadership position. Experience in the operations and maintenance of process plant equipment would be an advantage.
