DO WORK THAT MATTERS:

As Executive Manager Procurement IT Services, you will take responsibility for supporting the source to contract process across the IT Services category, which includes a panel of suppliers that supports the Bank’s Technology professional services and workforce needs, including application service providers. Reporting into the Head of Technology in Group Procurement, you will lead a team of six located in Australia and India and support business stakeholders in engaging suppliers across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

YOUR EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE:

• Extensive end-to-end category management experience and managing of large spend in a complex environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making ability
• Advanced understanding of leading practice procurement technology
• Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders and work collaboratively with customers and suppliers
• Strong capability in procurement related risk management
• Strong leadership and/or people management skills
• Knowledge of the local and international technology services landscape would be highly advantageous
• Ability to think laterally and develop new and innovative solutions to problems
• A collaborative mindset to develop a collaborative culture within their team
