What’s the role? The Executive Manager, Business Controls & monitoring – Regional Commercial & Agri provides specialist support, guidance and expertise to the Commercial Banking team to ensure the control environment, monitoring frameworks, people, systems and processes are aligned to our 1LOD target state. What do I need? Support Head of Divisional BCM in their accountability Support RC&A to be well-informed and equipped to manage risks and issues effectively Ensure robust risk management processes are in place, aligning with regulatory standards and best practices. MD RC&A & LT receives actionable reports and insights on their controls and risks, including those owned across relevant Value Chain Oversee and advise on compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and contractual obligations Support the creation and embedment of a proactive risk culture, leading to better risk management including supporting and participating in risk awareness training and promoting a strong risk culture. Support General Manager (GM) RC&A and their Leadership Team (LT) managing Non-Financial Risks, Compliance, Prudential, SOx and Regulatory requirements, including attestations and returns Why join us?
