Job Description An exciting opportunity as an Executive Manager- Supply Chain has become available within the National Supply Chain department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. As an Executive Manager, you will be leading a team of Analysts and Specialists responsible for the replenishment forecasting engine (SAP UDF) inside the National Supply Chain department. As the Executive Manager you will lead a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, determine priorities and deliver excellent forecasting outcomes during key seasonal and operational cycles. You will be a resilient and a solutions-focused self-starter who exhibits initiative with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. What does the role look like? Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts & Specialists to optimise ALDI’s Replenishment Forecasting Engine (SAP UDF) Find innovative ways to search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large amounts of data and convert them into actionable forecasting decisions Liaise internationally with other ALDI Countries to learn and share best in class forecasting model settings Oversee and support collaboration with data owners (National IT) to ensure data accessibility and quality control of the data Work seamlessly with the Operational Replenishment Execution team and Supply Planning to utilise Forecasting Insights to assist replenishment decisions And the best part? Qualifications Experience leading a Forecasting & Data Analytics Team, Replenishment Execution Team, or Operational Team that regularly uses data for decision making. Specifically experience in Supply Chain and/or Retail is essential A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement A clear, impactful communicator who informs, inspires, motivates and influences others to drive team success An inclusive collaborator who actively consults, resolves conflict as it arises and appreciates alternative perspectives and opinions A decision maker who shows ownership by making informed decisions, executing efficiently, and taking responsibility for results A change catalyst who embraces and navigates change with enthusiasm, looks for improvements and effectively supports team members to implement change Basic technical competency in Data Analytics (e.g. Intermediate Excel, basic understanding of SQL, Python, Tableau/Power Bi) desirable but not required Knowledge of SAP, specifically, SAP UDF, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BW and SAP F&R is desirable Additional Information Enjoy 5 weeks annual leave for pursuing your passions outside of work.
