The Executive Manager, Technology Products is a new position responsible for working closely with stakeholders to develop a product vision and roadmap. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of this agenda. About the role Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Executive Manager, Technology Products is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the Technology Product function within the Technology group and shaping how technology products are planned, designed, delivered and continuously improved across RACQ. Key responsibilities Lead and mature the Technology Products function, including planning, prioritising, resourcing and delivering products and features for nominated internal customer groups. Own and shape product vision and delivery roadmaps in partnership with business sponsors, ensuring alignment with RACQ’s short- and long-term technology strategy, standards and architectures. Oversee end-to-end product delivery activities, including business analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, change management and first-level product support. Build a high-performance, values-led culture that champions authentic leadership, employee engagement, accountability and continuous improvement across Technology. Establish and manage performance metrics (internally and with service partners) to drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes. About you Proven leader in end‑to‑end, customer‑focused technology product delivery, with experience embedding product‑led and agile ways of working in complex, matrix environments. Experienced in building and integrating a team and function from the ground up. Strong strategic thinker who translates long‑term vision into practical program delivery aligned to enterprise technology and business strategies. Experienced partner to senior executives and business sponsors, with the ability to influence, negotiate and realise agreed benefits across organisational boundaries. Confident people leader who thrives in dynamic change environments, fostering high performance, engagement, continuous improvement and professional growth.
