  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing and facilitation skills with a range of senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record in building high performing teams across business and technology
  • Experience in customer identity and digital security, with knowledge of various identification methods including biometrics
  • You will also have an understanding of passive data signals that can be used to create additional strength and protection.
  • End to end accountability for setting the strategic direction and roadmap, as well as delivering complex initiatives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in implementing innovative technology and digital security solutions to strengthen controls in preventing fraud and scams
  • Expert written communication and presentation skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills – collaboration, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution.
