Description

JD * Monitor and ensure safe handling, transfer, and charging of solvents for Rytary and Crexont manufacturing. * Supervise and monitor granulation activities using RMG, FBD/FBE, Extruder & Spheronizer, and Wurster Coater. * Supervise and monitor blending operations, including material loading/unloading and in-process activities. * Supervise and monitor encapsulation on AF90, including setup support and in-process checks. * Supervise and monitor bottle packaging line operations such as filling, labeling, inspection, and reconciliation. * Maintain GMP compliance, documentation, housekeeping, and safety at all times. Skills * Basic knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes * Ability to follow SOPs, batch records, and safety guidelines * Good teamwork, communication, and shop-floor discipline

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing processes including granulation, blending, encapsulation, and packaging. Ensure all operations maintain strict GMP compliance, safety standards, and accurate documentation.
