Description

JD Monitor and ensure safe handling, transfer, and charging of solvents for Rytary and Crexont manufacturing. Supervise and monitor granulation activities using RMG, FBD/FBE, Extruder & Spheronizer, and Wurster Coater. Supervise and monitor blending operations, including material loading/unloading and in-process activities. Supervise and monitor encapsulation on AF90, including setup support and in-process checks. Supervise and monitor bottle packaging line operations such as filling, labeling, inspection, and reconciliation. Maintain GMP compliance, documentation, housekeeping, and safety at all times. Skills Basic knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Ability to follow SOPs, batch records, and safety guidelines Good teamwork, communication, and shop-floor discipline

Responsibilities

The role involves monitoring and ensuring safe handling of solvents and supervising various manufacturing processes including granulation, blending, encapsulation, and packaging. Maintaining GMP compliance and documentation is also a key responsibility.
