Responsible for customized Local marketing with different development of Cluster (e.g. Urban, Rural, Tourist) with specific calendars and programs; including areas such as promotions, and events. Owns, develops, coordinates and cascades in-store promotional activities, in-store program, and execution to other parties. Monitors results of campaign/program and ensure excellence execution. Deal and work closely with related parties both internal and external. Monitor market retail trend and competitors to identify opportunities and learning analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Science, Data Analytics and or related fields Experience in Retail Operations / Retail Marketing/ Sale and Commercial is a plus. Strong business acumen. Persuasive but collaborative working attitude. Proven ability to Analytic data Strong influencing skills essential. Demonstrates a strong Passion for Growth by actively seeking learning opportunities, embracing challenges, and driving both personal and organizational development.
