THE OPPORTUNITY

A part of the Regional Marketing team, the Media team at Sephora is a dynamic, passionate, and innovative group responsible for shaping and delivering Sephora’s marketing presence and performance. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on taking a data-driven approach to decision-making.
We are looking for a Media Executive to support the planning and execution of top-funnel campaigns across Sephora’s owned marketing stories and brand partner campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the Media Manager and our external agency partners to plan, brief, and coordinate media campaigns that drive brand awareness and consideration.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital media campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook or TikTok; other platforms are a plus
  • Proven track record in managing large scale budgets and delivering impactful results
  • Comfortable with numbers, analytical minded with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Have excellent project management, time management and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Media Planning: Support in developing and crafting media strategies, channel recommendations and media plans
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal & external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are adhered to
  • Project Management: Coordinate with our media agency & creative teams to ensure timely delivery and submission of ad assets
  • Budget Management: Reconcile campaign costs for billing processes
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for future strategies
