Care Coordinator – Job Description Role Summary: The Care Coordinator is responsible for outbound patient calls to guide, support, and drive conversion for preventive health services. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to patients for engagement and service coordination. * Sell and promote preventive health services including health check packages, follow-up tests, pharmacy services, and doctor consultations. * Encourage patients to complete recommended screenings and follow-ups based on their health reports. * Book appointments for consultations, health checks, and pharmacy support. * Explain basic health report findings using simple medical terminology. * Maintain call records, patient interactions, and conversion status in the system. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements: * Strong sales experience (mandatory), preferably in call-based sales. * Basic understanding of medical terminology. * Preferred qualification: Allied Health Sciences / Life Sciences graduate. * Excellent communication, persuasion, and patient engagement skills.
