Description

1.Inventory Management- Maintain accurate stock of spare parts, tools, and consumables. 2. Material Receipt - Verify quantity, quality, and documentation during GRN/MIGO. 3. Stock Reconciliation - Conduct daily/monthly physical stock verification of vendors. 4. SAP Operations - Timely MIGO, STO, transfer postings, and inventory updates. 5. Spare Parts Availability - Ensure critical MEM spares are available for field/service operations. 6. Warehouse Management- Maintain FIFO, proper bin location, and housekeeping. 7. Documentation-Maintain GRN, Gate Pass, Invoice, Warranty, and stock records. 8. Asset & Tool Control- Track issue/return of tools and company assets. 9. Slow/Non-Moving Inventory-Monitor and reduce obsolete inventory. 10. Vendor Coordination- Coordinate with vendors for material receipt and discrepancies. 11. Reporting- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. 12. Dispatches- Visi Cooler & Spares timely. 13. STO - Monthly, Quarterly & Half yearly. 14. Refurbishment Orders punching & tracking.

Responsibilities

Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables while ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and SAP updates. Coordinate material receipts, warehouse organization using FIFO, and timely dispatch of spares and coolers.
