QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales, recruitment, or a similar role with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in guiding candidates through recruitment cycle or sales process, from initial sourcing and engagement to successful closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, prospecting tools and software, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

THE ROLE

We are growing! We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Executive Membership Advisor (Sales) to help grow the TEC Canada community. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and qualifying CEOs, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs who are seeking to elevate their leadership skills and accelerate business growth.
As the first point of contact for prospective members, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior executives, introduce them to TEC’s unique value proposition, and guide them through the process of becoming a TEC member.
You will join a team that’s responsible for growing, engaging, and celebrating our membership. Reporting directly to the Director of Member Experience, you will be a key contributor to TEC’s Member Experience team.
This position is based in Calgary, AB, and will work from TEC Canada’s office in downtown Calgary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify executive and Founder/CEO candidates, guiding them through a structured process to ensure alignment with TEC’s membership requirements.
  • Engage with and qualify leads generated through TEC’s targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring they meet the criteria for success as TEC members.
  • Collaborate with Chairs to understand the unique needs and dynamics of their groups, ensuring the successful matching of candidates who align with both industry requirements and the group’s culture.
  • Continuously build and nurture a dynamic pipeline of candidates that align with the profiles of successful TEC members, ensuring consistent opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top-tier candidates to finalizing contracts, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to safeguard TEC’s brand integrity and ensure both the candidate and TEC are a mutual fit for a successful long-term relationship.
  • Implement a strategic follow-up system to stay connected with past candidates, ensuring readiness to re-engage.
  • Consistently exceed individual and organizational targets, driving TEC’s growth and membership success.
  • Utilize TEC’s CRM system to efficiently track, analyze, and report on recruitment activities, optimizing strategies and showcasing recruitment results.
