Merchandiser - Bulk To be based at Intimates (Ratmalana) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. Looking out for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Merchandiser - Bulk. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production process occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Follow up on the customer calendar, ensuring timely completion of key activities and detailed planning with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines. Execute critical path activities, complete system-related tasks (e.g., booking forms) accurately and on time, and maintain clear customer communication on orders/liabilities. Manage procurement by ensuring adequate raw material availability, accurate inventory data, supplier payments, and strong supplier relationships with effective price negotiations. Implement and monitor detailed time & action plans for smooth order management, regularly updating stakeholders. Consolidate and manage raw material arrivals, monitor stock levels, and control write-offs and liabilities to support factory service requirements. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Graduated in Marketing, Business Management or currently in Final Year or any other qualification (CIM/ CIMA) in a relevant field / Professional - Fully Qualified. 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience Ability to work with multiple parties at any given time (MISA/Technical, Textile, sourcing, Bulk and Design) Good communication skills Excellent customer relationship management skills. Exposure to ERP Systems (SAP would be an added advantage)
