JLL's renowned Capital Markets business is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Metropolitan Sales & Investments team in Canberra. In this Executive role, you'll be at the forefront of complex commercial real estate transactions, working with industry leaders to deliver innovative capital solutions for institutional investors, developers, and property owners. Key Responsibilities: You'll lead the complete transaction lifecycle, from origination through to successful completion of investment sales deals. This involves conducting comprehensive market analysis, crafting compelling investment narratives, and presenting opportunities to sophisticated investor audiences. Your success will be built on developing and nurturing relationships with key market participants while collaborating closely with our research, valuation, and transaction management specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Your analytical expertise will be essential in driving accurate property valuations, sophisticated investment modeling, and generating market insights that inform strategic decision-making.
