Responsibilities: As MIS Executive, you’ll ensure robust data management, reporting, and compliance to support all facility and administrative functions in line with the The Client at PowaiMSA. Maintain and monitor FM, ERP, and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, user access, and regular backups. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS, operational, and compliance reports for management and client needs. Collect, validate, and analyze business, financial, and vendor data; maintain detailed audit-ready documentation and historical data for statutory compliance. Support office administration: manage helpdesk logs, vendor lists, attendance records, and assist with event and meeting reporting. Prepare templates and dashboards for tracking budgets, costs, service KPIs, and operational metrics. Support audit preparations and respond to documentation requests from internal and external teams. Identify opportunities to automate routine admin and reporting processes; help roll out digital workflows and reporting tools. Provide basic user training and technical support on data/reporting systems; ensure confidentiality and compliance with all data policies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in MIS, reporting, or facilities/finance administration. Strong MS Office and data management skills; experience with ERP or FM platforms a plus. Organized, analytical, and excellent at communication and teamwork.
