In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Transport Services Sdn Bhd Job Description To support the monitoring, maintenance, and reporting of GPS tracking, Onboard Video Recording (OVR), and Control Tower systems to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system availability across all depots and assist Lead of MIS in producing dashboards and reports for the CEO and Business Units. Key Accountabilities: • Assist in producing dashboards and reports for the CEO and Business Units to support operational and strategic decision-making. • Monitor and ensure the accuracy and availability of GPS tracking systems across all depots. • Generate, review, and analyze GPS monitoring reports for operational and management use. • Monitor Onboard Video Recording (OVR) systems to ensure proper functionality, availability, and data storage integrity. • Perform regular checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination for GPS and OVR systems. • Monitor Command Centre/Control Tower dashboards to ensure smooth operations, system availability, and data accuracy. • Conduct analysis and prepare reports from Control Tower data to support decision-making and operational improvements. • Liaise with vendors for system updates, maintenance, and repair of GPS, OVR, and Control Tower systems. • Provide technical support and training to depot staff and users on GPS, OVR, and Control Tower usage. • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely availability of GPS, OVR, and Control Tower data, escalating discrepancies when necessary. • Support system enhancement, integration, and digitalization initiatives related to GPS, OVR, and Control Tower. • Maintain proper records and documentation for GPS, OVR, and Control Tower activities, incidents, and resolutions. Responsibilities
