Job Description This role is ideal for a curious, motivated early-career professional who is passionate about data, storytelling, and working closely with clients. As a Customer Success Analyst, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to support client engagements, develop insights, and help ensure high-quality delivery of NIQ GfK CMI solutions. You will gradually build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, learning how to translate data into meaningful stories that support our clients’ strategic and tactical goals across areas such as marketing, sales, category management, and more. If telling stories through data excites you but you feel you are still building your data expertise—this role is for you. We offer a structured training and onboarding program to help you understand our products, methodologies, and analytical approaches. Support the delivery of analytics and insights services for NIQ GfK CMI solutions such as Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper, and Qualitative Research Assist in preparing analyses, presentations, and client deliverables with guidance from senior team members Participate in tactical client training and product demonstrations as your confidence grows Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in research outputs and reports Support day-to-day client interactions and help identify potential opportunities to be shared with Account Development teams Develop a solid understanding of client business priorities and how NIQ GfK solutions support their objectives Contribute to crafting clear, actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience) Academic exposure or internship experience in market research, analytics, business, marketing, psychology, economics, or a related field is a plus Strong interest in consumer insights, data analytics, and the market research industry Customer-centric mindset with willingness to learn how to manage client relationships Basic awareness of research and analytics concepts such as Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, or Shopper insights (academic exposure acceptable) Native proficiency in Korean and fluency in English (written and spoken) Good time management and organizational skills Numerical confidence and willingness to build analytical expertise Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced skills will be developed on the job) Interest in working in an analytical, client-facing environment Engaging, proactive, and collaborative attitude Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
