The Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Vertical Lift Division has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Office Administrator position located in Mesa, Arizona.
The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Vertical Lift Division Vice President and several executive leaders, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fun and fast-paced environment. The BDS Vertical Lift Division is responsible for manufacturing the most advanced military rotorcraft in the world and is renowned for leading-edge solutions that deliver proven capabilities. With 60 years of expertise and a global fleet over 2,500 strong — comprising the AH-6 Little Bird, AH-64 Apache, V-22 Osprey and H-47 Chinook aircraft and in-development entrants, including the MH-139A Grey Wolf — Boeing advances missions ranging from precision attack and reconnaissance to medium and heavy lift operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
5 or more years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
3 or more years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership team

In this role, you will collaborate across various functions to perform tasks for Executive Level (E3) and above managers on the executive payroll. The primary focus areas you will support are as follows:
Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler’s logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards. Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler’s review and/or signature
