(DHi) is seeking an Executive Office Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage executive calendars, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate internal communications, and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and discretion in handling sensitive executive information. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence. Coordinate meetings and ensure proper follow-ups. Administrative Operations Maintain office systems, records, and documentation. Support communication across departments and teams. Assist in special projects, initiatives, and events as needed. Reporting & Compliance Generate executive-level reports and briefings. Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams, HR, and operations to support leadership objectives. Assist in process improvement initiatives for executive office efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Executive Support, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in executive administration or high-level administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives in government contracting or defense environments. Familiarity with multi-office coordination and executive operations.
