In this role, you’ll work closely with our Executive Assistant and senior leadership team, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support. Why Join Us? By keeping everything organised and on track across our London and Aylesbury offices, you’ll enable our senior leaders to focus on what matters most: driving our strategic priorities forward. * Previous experience in an administrative, personal assistant or executive support role.  * Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience taking meeting minutes and producing clear written reports. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work proactively and use initiative. * Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Ability to work at pace, remain adaptable and manage competing priorities effectively in a dynamic Executive Office environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience using collaboration tools. * Delivering proactive and high-quality administrative support to enable the effectiveness of the Executive Assistant and senior leadership team. * Coordinating complex diaries and schedules to support organisational priorities  * Managing meeting logistics and ensuring timely preparation of documentation and follow-up actions. * Supporting the production of reports and executive level materials. * Assisting in the planning and delivery of key internal and external events. * Contributing to the efficient and seamless running of the Executive Office across London and Aylesbury. * Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive executive information, correspondence and documentation * 25 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days, in addition to statutory holidays.
