Employment Terms:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and organized individual to join our Student Affairs team. The ideal candidate is approachable and service-oriented, with strong attention to detail. This entry-level position supports student admissions and provides administrative assistance throughout the student journey. You are the first point of contact for applicants and students, making them feel welcomed while managing essential documentation and records. Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Process student applications and documentation
  • Maintain accurate student records and database entries
  • Handle general inquiries via email, and other digital platforms
  • Assist with student orientation programs
  • Support administrative tasks related to student services

Customer Service:

  • Provide information about admission procedures
  • Assist students and parents with basic inquiries
  • Support student documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments for student matters

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Diploma OR relevant administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic database management skills
