Program & Project Management - Support operational and program management priorities from the executive's office - Organize and manage external events and visits by overseas senior executives - Ensure alignment with business goals and timely execution Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as a communication bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders - Support internal and external communications in collaboration with the branding and communications team - Build trusted relationships across teams and geographies - Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive-level meetings - Assist in crafting messaging and narratives for leadership communications - Strong program management capabilities - Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
