SALARY FROM £43,277 TO £51,714 PA INCLUSIVE WITH POTENTIAL TO PROGRESS TO £55,497 PA INCLUSIVE OF LONDON ALLOWANCE

The Executive Officer and Operations Manager is responsible for providing high-level executive support to the Director of 100x Impact and leading a range of operational functions across the team. Reporting to the 100x Head of Operations and working closely with the 100x Director and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, the role requires sound judgement, initiative, and strong organisational skills to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations and to support the strategic priorities of 100x Impact.
Candidates should have experience providing high-quality executive support, including complex diary management correspondence handling, and meeting preparation, as well as demonstrable experience coordinating a broad range of operational activities, particularly in finance, HR, or legal processes. Candidates should also have the ability to manage multiple workstreams and respond flexibly to fast-changing priorities, as well as the ability to manage competing demands with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
