Job Purpose * - L1/L2 Application Support for supporting Group Finance systems. - Actively participate in contributing to the improvement of operations, processes and policy for the unit and GT.  - Ensure compliance to IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures. - Risk control and management.  Key Responsibilities  *  1. To Ensure all application systems:  a) Defects (Incident/Problems) - responsible for all severity met, including issues related to network or infra  b) Problem Management - responsible for adherence to ITSM process  c) Root cause analysis - responsible for all Sev 1 and Sev 2 defects, IR within 3 working days  d) System capacity management - responsible for all team members to monitor (CPU, RAM, Disks) for all  applications under team *  e) Production batch support - responsible for DC Operators monitoring handover and provide on call standby  rosters  f) Dashboard/Reports - responsible to review and resolve as published by ITSM for incidents & problems  tracking  g) Support knowledge base - responsible to build and updates in ITHM or Syncup  h) ITDR - responsible for DRP update and DR Tests  i) VAPT – responsible and coordination with other team/s, including UAT  j) Patch Management - responsible and coordination with other team/s , including UAT  k) Certificate renewals (SSL) - responsible for Production and DR only  l) Outsourcing, TRM checklist, other related hubbing documents  - responsible and coordination with other  related teams  m) Asset Inventory, part of CET, responsible for updates and amendments  n) Interface Diagrams, Application Support Manuals, System Operation Manuals - responsible for updates and  amendments post warranty period   o) Vendor support contracts - responsible for maintenance support contracts only  p) Application Tech Refresh projects and components plus related documents – consulted or informed only  q) Infra related projects or integrated application related projects - responsible*, consulted or informed only  r) Project handovers to Application Support - consulted and informed only in accordance with  'Cab Review  Checklist' or ‘System Implementation Checklist’ (GPLC)  s) Application Support SOP - responsible for Deployment and Defect Management  t) Audit to Production - responsible and coordination with other team/s  u) Decommission - responsible and coordination with other team/s  v) Privilege ID management - accountable and responsible to own and use of the ID's  2.
