Description
Responsible to manage full spectrum of recruitment functions which include sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement of potential candidates according to the business requirements. Provide support to the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process for all positions up to assistant manager level. Coordinate with internal hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely manner. Provide advisory support on recruitment and market conditions. Source and manage recruitment and search firms, for resourcing activities. Participate in career fairs, career talks and other recruitment activities. Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
