CUHK Business School Executive Officer I/II (carrying the job title of ‘Senior Manager / Manager’), Office of Taught Postgraduate Programmes The CUHK Business School is a leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. The Office of Taught Postgraduate Programmes oversees and co-ordinates admissions exercise, student recruitment, student matters and exchange opportunities of taught postgraduate programmes in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. The Office is looking for an administrator to provide administrative support to admissions and student matters of the programmes. Reporting to the Administrative Director and/or her delegate(s), the appointee will be responsible for (a) supervising and supporting a team of executives in managing admissions and student-related matters; (b) compiling admissions data and preparing documentation for reporting; (c) organising student recruitment activities and admission marketing events; (d) liaising with Programme Directors, Master’s programme administrators, and other internal and external stakeholders; (e) ensuring high-quality outputs, operational effectiveness, and streamlined processes; and (f) performing other ad hoc duties as assigned. Working at flexible hours, including weekends, and business travel may be required. Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo; (iii) at least 8 years’ post-qualification executive experience (for Executive Officer I), preferably in the higher education sector; (iv) strong understanding of the Chinese Mainland education sector; (v) solid experience with data analytics tools and strong presentation skills; (vi) excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; and (vii) a creative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in change management. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
