CUHK Campuses Collaboration Office Executive Officer II The CUHK Campuses Collaboration Office (CCCO) invites applications for the position of Executive Officer II. The CCCO serves as the central point of co-ordination between CUHK and CUHK (Shenzhen) [CUHK(SZ)], facilitating communication, information exchange, and the interflow of staff and students, while advancing collaborative initiatives in the spirit of “One Brand, Two Campuses”. The appointee will be responsible for (a) facilitating the internal and cross-campus co-ordination for formal and informal educational programmes; (b) organizing activities (e.g., monthly gatherings) and events (e.g., joint orientation) for students; (c) providing frontline support to students; (d) performing administrative and secretarial duties, including preparing reports and co-ordinating logistical arrangements; (e) designing publicity materials; and (f) performing other duties as assigned. He/She will be required to work occasionally in the evenings and at weekends, and to travel between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo; (iii) at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience in tertiary institutions or the public sector; (iv) excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with university students; (v) strong organisational and problem-solving skills; (vi) a strong sense of responsibility with keen attention to detail; and (vii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Experience in student affairs or programme management will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test and attend an interview.
