Description
Wu Yee Sun College Executive Officer II The appointee will be responsible for (a) administering a wide range of scholarships and financial aids schemes; (b) managing student admission, recruitment, promotion and outreach activities; (c) co-ordinating and assisting in student development programmes and alumni related activities; (d) planning and organising College exhibitions, events and workshops; (e) serving as committee secretary; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned. Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo; (iii) at least 4 years’ relevant post-qualification executive experience, preferably at tertiary institutions/public organisations; (iv) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (v) strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and (vi) a self-motivated and conscientious attitude. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Applicants must submit copies of academic certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and/or academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered. Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
