Job description -

• To follow the JSS for all the jobs and assist the QA Manager for timely revision.
• To prepare and report NCR/CCR for any deviation in the process / product noticed.
• To follow the ISO and BRC for product safety compliance
• Working on ERP & SAP.
• To provide the inputs for Process improvement
• To give the job approval if the produce is meeting the requirement for printing, lamination, slitting, pouching, extrusion on line.
• To provide the input for doing the root cause analysis and execute the corrective and preventive actions.
• Shade Matching, Online Inspection, NCR and Proactive closers.
• Must have knowledge of 5S
• To put hold on the produced material if there is a deviation in the product safety or the product quality, and generate the NCR.

Job Specification

• Previous experience in Flexible Packaging industry is preferred.
• Should have at least 3 -10 years experience.
• Should be a team player.
• Should have excellent coordination skills.
• Hands on Microsoft excel will be an added advantage.
• ERP Exposure
