Description
Administer all Procurement System and data management to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide and deliver second-level support by analysing, troubleshooting and resolving issues for Business Users, Business Enablers and Vendors. Single point of contact between IT and Service Provider for all issues related to Procurement System. Monitor and actively follow up on all IT and Service Provider issues and service requests, coordinating communication and escalation as needed to ensure timely, comprehensive, and satisfactory resolution. Maintain and analyse support activity tracking, providing recommendation for process improvement to enhance efficiency. Participate in all the system testing cycles for Procurement System enhancements and implementations. Identify and recommend improvements to Procurement System to optimize performance. Develop and maintain user guides and administrative documentation for Procurement System. Manage and ensure consistency & accuracy of all communications to Business Users/Business Enablers and Vendors. Develop frequent communication to ensure common understanding of key activities undertaken or planned within the department/unit. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Procurement teams and Business Users/Enablers. Assist to perform secondary role in managing and maintaining master catalogue, User ID, IT and Non-IT project budget in the Procurement System, ensuring data accuracy. Support project managers and project teams during system implementation phases. Assist the Project Manager with PMO-related tasks as needed. Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Responsibilities
