This role would be enabled you to Support fabric mill operation to secure the deliveries while maintaining the sewing module continuation and external fabric flow. Maximum utilization of dye house operational areas such as Pre-setting, Boarding operations and value adding operations like tie dyeing and sorting, laying and fabric store operations KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the daily Fabric good plan and share the necessary status with stake holders to assist in the relevant decision-making process. Coordinating with necessary parties to ensure the fabric flow is available for sewing modules by ensuring next three days sewing input; highlight if deviations are there. Support daily operation of the fabric stores area and make sure standards are followed. Monitor sorting out area output, prepare contingency plan if need to make sure Dye production being achieved. Execute the dryer machine operation to make sure no dye machine stoppages due to dryer unavailability. Overlook the dye rework area, plan rework recovery to make sure fabric good dates achieved. KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience Sound communication and Negotiation skills Good Leadership and teamwork skills Candidate should work on shift basis
