  • VPS Grade 5: $113,022 - $136,747 plus superannuation.
    The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking an Executive and Operations Coordinator to provide a critical role within Tobacco Licensing Victoria (TLV).
Responsibilities

As the Executive and Operations Coordinator some of your duties will include:

  • Provide high level support services, accurate advice and information to the Director, Corporate Services and Operations and Senior Leadership Team in line with expectations, and consistent with policy and program directions.
  • Coordinate, manage and track branch deliverables ensuring actions are completed and products delivered in a timely manner and to a high-quality.
  • Provide executive support to key committees, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, strategic briefings and presentations.
  • Manage and respond to a wide range of confidential and sensitive matters, ensuring appropriate action, discretion, and follow-up
