Partner with the Chief Operations Officer to drive execution of the operations strategy and enterprise priorities Prepare executive-level reporting, board-ready materials, business cases and strategic presentations Design and manage the operating cadence for the Operations function (leadership meetings, performance forums, strategic workshops). Translate strategy into actionable plans, metrics and performance frameworks Build strong relationships across service lines, corporate functions and regional teams. The benefits of joining us! Experience supporting c-suite or executive level leadership Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage time, work output and priorities and handle a range of tasks with competing priorities within tight timelines.
