We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the execution of the operation function at the plant by coordinating with the relevant parties and obtain required information, update same to ensure the timely availability of accessories to production thereby, facilitating effective operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Discuss the production plan with the relevant suppliers and prioritize the planned schedule (Styles) based on fabric availability in order to minimize production delays. Check the purchase orders as per the SAP database for accessories such as threads, cartons, poly bags, hangers, labels etc. and order same from suppliers in order to ensure the availability of accessories for production. Attend preproduction meetings with team and identify/ solve technical issues to facilitate the smooth functioning of the production process. Prepare weekly RM pull report based on the production plan and advise the RM pull details to suppliers to get those on time. Resolve matters pertaining to Production, RM and Consumption together with the inputs of the Business Decisions. Regular inspection of machinery to ensure availability of required guards and other control measures. Promote kaizens and problem-solving exercises to enhance safety performance of the department; Conduct regular safety observation tour and periodical review of department specific health and safety KPIs. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Marketing. 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity. Fluency in English and Good negotiation skills. Sound knowledge in health and safety standards including fall protection measures, risk assessment methods and Job Hazard Analysis.
