About the role This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are hiring a high-caliber Executive Operations Partner to support the CEO and COO of a fast-growing, multi-state company. This is a strategic support role for someone who understands that executive time is the most valuable asset in the organization. You will operate as the right hand to two senior leaders. You will protect time, drive follow-through, anticipate obstacles, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. What you'll own Executive Time & Energy Management Manage and protect complex calendars for CEO and COO Prioritize revenue-driving and strategic initiatives Eliminate low-value meetings Prepare daily and weekly executive briefings Anticipate scheduling conflicts before they happen Operational Execution Track strategic initiatives across departments Ensure action items from meetings are executed Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines Create structure where there is ambiguity Identify inefficiencies and solve them High-Level Communication Serve as primary gatekeeper and filter Draft investor and partner communications Maintain professional brand tone Ensure no message sits unanswered Strategic Partner & Event Coordination Coordinate quarterly partner events Support planning and logistics for annual conference Manage VIP and investor communications Oversee executive travel related to events Travel & Logistics Book complex domestic travel Build detailed itineraries Anticipate disruptions and adjust proactively Manage expense tracking and reporting Confidentiality & Judgment Handle financial, legal, and personnel matters with discretion Exercise mature judgment without needing constant direction The Type of Person Who Thrives Here High agency.
