JOB TITLE EXECUTIVE � FOOD COURT Department / Division   Operations Position reports to   Sr Manager - Operations External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) * Food Court Outlet Managers * Customers * Outsourced  Agencies � Floor Managers/ Supervisors   Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) * Graduate (preferable in Hotel Management) Minimum Experience   * 2 - 4  years of experience in Operations in retail industry Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) * Comprehensive knowledge of food-court operations * Knowledge of managing a kitchen as well front-office/ counter of an F&B outlet * Parking  Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job * Responsible for overall day to day functioning of the food court with regards to service quality, safety, hygiene, general sanitation, seating area optimization etc Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have,  to achieve the key objectives) * Manage all Front of House and Back of House activities for the food court * Ensure efficiency of food courts by monitoring the adherence of all food court stores / outlets to the defined safety procedures, all engineering systems and equipments are functioning smoothly, timely garbage clearance, etc * Ensure that adequate number of food-court staff is deployed at the right place/s and establish grooming standards for them * Ensure that all retailers are informed about the food & service standards, health/ hygiene rules and safety procedures for the food-court * Interact with the retailers on a daily basis to understand their issues and resolve the same in the minimum possible time * Maintain a customer complaint/ issue register at the food court and coordinate with the concerned department/person to resolve the complaint or issues in the shortest possible time
