Description
Responsibilities Monitor and ensure full vetting compliance for internal teams and vendors, including timely coordination of vetting certificate approvals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vetting records while providing status updates to relevant stakeholders. Compile operational data and analyse monthly work orders for reporting and performance insights. Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports, including KPIs and service performance summaries. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure smooth site operations. Manage vendor performance, including monitoring deliverables and addressing non-compliance or service issues. Oversee work order and helpdesk processes, ensuring timely assignment, follow-up, and closure. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed findings and recommendations. Support asset and inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation. Assist in emergency and incident response coordination while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Requirements Post-Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Technical, Engineering, or Facility Management. 1–3 years of total work experience, with up to 1 year of relevant exposure in technical, engineering, or facility management. Technical background with basic understanding of facility operations, maintenance processes, and engineering concepts. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to prepare reports, presentations, and improvement plans. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with readiness to learn and grow in a technical/facility management environment.
