Description
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee documentation including onboarding, induction, recruitment coordination (direct & indirect), and exit processes. Verify timesheets, attendance, leave records, and support monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate salary, allowance, and deduction payments. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Prepare HR reports for management and audits, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management. Coordinate internal training programmes, manage HRDC grant submissions, and support performance appraisal and PIP processes. Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, and support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. Liaise with internal stakeholders, HRA teams, manpower agencies, and training providers to ensure smooth HR and operational execution. Manage office administration including procurement, inventory, facilities services, outsourced manpower administration, invoice verification, and vendor billing. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline. Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience as HR Generalist. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Demonstrates effective problem-solving and decision-making Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
