Executive ‐ Operations & System Analyst (BASED AT MAS ACTIVEWEAR) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure that all activities from buy placing until CR release are carried out in an effective manner through upgrading systems, maintaining databases, and finding new methods to make the process easier and quicker while trying to maintain 100% accuracy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and update materials in the system using details from merchants and RMDS to ensure raw materials are ordered on time and accurately. Analyze raw material costs, FOB, SMV, and EPH to ensure finished goods meet profit margins. Approve production by releasing the costing run if margins are met; otherwise, identify and resolve issues. Process Salesman Samples from the customer and update details in SAP accurately and on time to ensure smooth sample completion. Identify styles and volumes from the buy, process activities, share details with relevant teams, and update PLM and SAP promptly to ensure smooth operation. Prepare reports to share information with relevant parties and support management decision-making. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and ensure targets are met. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in business management or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good IT literacy and analytical skills.
